The vacuum sealing tape is a viscoelastic tape which is made of special synthetic rubber as the base adhesive and additives such as temperature-resistant reinforcing agent and viscosifier. The material has good adhesion with steel, aluminum, nylon and other metals and non-metals, good temperature resistance and has the characteristics of easy to use and reliable high temperature sealing.。

● Main use

Used for high temperature vacuum sealing of composite materials, safety glass and other materials

●Technical index

1, density: no more than 1.3g/cm3

2, shear strength: aluminum/nylon film is not less than 0.07Mpa

3, heat resistance: After 180℃x3 hours of treatment, the tape does not scatter, does not crack, maintain the original thickness.

4, high temperature peeling strength: After 180℃x3 hours of treatment, its peeling strength is less than 2.5Kg/M can be stripped from the metal surface.

● How to use

1. First, clean the oil and dust on the surface of the metal and nylon film to be sealed with 120# gasoline.

2. Paste one side of the tape evenly on the aluminum alloy surface around the vacuum tank, remove the anti-stick paper of the tape, and then paste the nylon film on the top of the tape, and use a small roller to evenly compact (avoid introducing bubbles) to make the tape stick firmly, and vacuum check to make the seal reliable. It can be put into high temperature vacuum forming (the tape can also be firmly pasted and sealed according to different user requirements and then formed in high temperature vacuum).

● Packing and storage

The vacuum sealing tape is packed in a tray of non-stick paper and packed in a cardboard box. This product is not classified as dangerous goods and can be transported as general cargo.

Tape should be stored in a warehouse below 30℃, storage period of half a year.
